Phnom Penh- Phnom Penh Municipality are constructing 32 public toilets, which locate at public park called BatumVatey park, for a local convenience, according to the statement that posted on 15th, July, 2016 on official Facebook page of Phnom Penh City Hall.
The statement also added that, 32 public toilets are being constructed at Batumvatey Park, will locate at 2 different areas, including Children Park (13 toilet rooms), and near Su Srun street (19 toilet rooms).
Furthermore, those public toilets will have cleaners to take care of, and especially people no need to pay for using those toilets, claimed Phnom Penh City Hall.
