Siem Reap- A British man, who escaped from detention at his homeland, was now arrested by the Cambodian authorities after immigrating into Cambodia recently, the report said.
According to the report of the Department of Immigration and Emigration under the Ministry of Interior, the local deputy police chief, Chea Kimsan, leaded the team to arrest the suspect, while he was drinking in a restaurant “KHMER KITCHEN” at Pub Street, Svay Dongkum district, Siem Reap, Cambodia, on 13 July 2016.
The police said, after questioning, we know that the suspect’s name is Midgley Damien, 39, holding the passport GBR508037703. Now we are detaining Midgley and wait for the legislative procedure to deport him from Cambodia.
