Phnom Penh- A group of thief has 4 members and 2 motorbikes has snatched a bag from 2 foreigner women while they were riding a mini-motorbike along the street in Mittapheap district, Phnom Penh, at night on 22th July 2016, according to the report.
This case took place along the Kampuchea Krom Street, and victims got minor injury from this action also. The owner of the bag which was snatched away by the thief told that, she lost 1 iPhone, Passport, and some money.
After that, victims went to file a complaint at Police Station, and went back to treat the injury.
