“American Assassin” Arrives in Cinemas in Cambodia

Phnom Penh- “American Assassin” was held its premiere screening on 12^th September at Legend Cinema, City Mall, along with an enthusiastic movie fans and many local celebs.

Dylan O’Brien from The Maze Runner Franchise and Michael Keaton from Spider-Man: Homecoming are also featuring in this movie.

“American Assassin” tells a story that centered on counter-terrorism agent Mitch Rapp. Twenty three-year-old Mitch lost his girlfriend to a terrorist attack just as they were engaged. Seeking revenge, he is enlisted by CIA Deputy Director Irene Kennedy as a black ops recruit. Then she assigns Cold War veteran Stan Hurley to train Mitch. Together they will later on investigate a wave of apparently random attacks on military and civilian targets.

Coming out from the movie hall, one fan mentioned that “it’s Dylan and Michael in there, why should we missed it? Two big stars plus the unexpected plot twist has had me on the edge of his seat”.
