Angelina Jolie Attracted by Bugs Food in Cambodia

Phnom Penh- The famous food menu which is Bugs food of Cambodia promoted worldwide through social media. After gifting Cambodian a precious novel-based movie called ‘’First They Killed My Father”, Angelina Jolie also brings a cooking video about Cambodian Bugs to the BBC official news channel.

On February 20^th, According to BBC News official Facebook page, a video about Angelina Jolie cooks bugs in Cambodia was posted as BBC World news exclusive and it received lots of attention with millions of views.

In the video, Angelina Jolie promoted Cambodian food as well as rural lifestyle by showing her cooking skill and explaining her two children how the bugs are cooked and how they are used in the past.

“I think it’s always been a part of the diet, the bugs, but then I think there is a truth to the survival during the war of course. When people were being starved, they were able to survive on things like this and they did” said Angelina Jolie.

When asked when she ate the bugs in Cambodia, “I first had them when I was first in the country. Crickets, you start with crickets. Crickets and a beer and then you kind of move up to tarantulas” Angelina Jolie answered.
