Astonishing Video Shows Floating Bubbles Scatter All Over a Street

Phnom Penh- An astonishing video showed about floating bubbles scattered all over a street in Phnom Penh, has made many concerns especially for local residents.

The incident took place on September 14^th at the street nearby Kob Srov pumping station, locates at the suburb of Phnom Penh. According to video posted on Facebook page, there are too many bubbles got out from dirty water in the sewer of Kob Srov pumping station which is nearby the road.

Most of passengers were travelling along the road, felt really surprise because they thought that it was snowing at first. But actually that’s just bubbles from the sewer, which are floating. Moreover, some people especially who travelling by motorbike, decided to turn back because they afraid of receiving bad effects whenever they touch those bubbles.

However, authorities have started an operation immediately after the video was going viral. Authorities explained that, “those bubbles came from sewers of Kob Srov pumping station, and now it has disappeared. Anyway, we are doing research about those bubbles in order to know whether they came from liquid waste of factories”.
