A man was caught by surveillance camera while he was trying to steal a car’s outside mirror at night, in Phnom Penh.
According to a video posted by Facebook user “Mak Ammy”, a man was standing near a white car, while smoking a cigarette. Moment later, the road seemed silent and his chance has come. He started breaking an outside mirror of the car in just about 5 seconds only and then he escaped successfully.
