Cambodia Won 22, Including 4 Gold Medals from World Vovinam Championship 2017

Phnom Penh- Cambodian athletes have won 22 medals from The 5^th WVVF World Vovinam Championship 2017. The Cambodian team made really better in the tournament, which brought home four gold, nine silver and nine bronze medals.

The 5^th WVVF World Vovinam Championship was held from 1^st to 5^th, August 2017 at Talkatora Indoor stadium, New Delhi, India.

This is such a great honor for Cambodian to see their representatives brought back home with a wonderful success. It is such an amazing achievement, especially for Cambodian people.

Interestingly, this is not the first time that Cambodia had participated in World Vovinam Championship and brought back home such a massive remark. This martial art was introduced to Cambodia since 2005. In 2009, Cambodian team had won 12 medals in this kind of tournament in Ho Chi Minh City.

Vovinam is a Vietnamese martial art. It is practiced with and without weapons. It is based on the principle of between hard and soft. It was first created in 1938 by Master Ehwg L.

Cambodian athletes joined the WVVF World Vovinam Championship 2017 in India
