A Cambodian Man Made to The Final Show of “Edible Wearable Art 2017”
Cambodia is taking part in Edible Wearable Art 2017 under the theme “Myth and Legend”.
Dara Lee, a talented Cambodia artist with fantastic stippling artwork, takes his fantastical-themed Apsara costume made out of food and edible materials to the competition. The outfit is constructed from some pizza boxes, Boba cubes/pearls, plastic plates/forks, aluminum foil, food cans, water bottles, BBQ tin trays, pasta, and rice bags, according to Dara Lee’s Facebook post.

Cambodia joins Edible Fashion Awards 2017
“First test fitting and I am so pleased, five months in the making and two more weeks until the competition, Time to introduce Khmer beautiful culture to the world, Dara Lee posted on his Facebook page.
Importantly, on 7th of July, Dara Lee announced on his Facebook that his Apsara costume made it into the final show, scheduled to take place on Saturday 8 July 2017.
