Creepy Clowns is Being a Big Concern in Many Cities
A creepy clown appears in public is being one of the biggest concern in many countries especially in USA, after there are many reports related to intimidating, threatening, or antisocial behaviors are suspected that causing by those men who disguised as clown.
According to ABC, men disguised as clowns by dressing, wearing masks, or make-up are being investigated by local police, after they are causing many troubles in the cities. Moreover, there are also reports emerged that men dressed as clowns were trying to lure children into the woods.

Police considered these kind of actions as “Behaving alarmingly”, and there will not be tolerated anymore.
Anyway, not only USA and Canada are being involved with this kind of matter, but also many others countries are showing their concerns because it has spread to another countries rapidly.
As in Cambodia, there is no report about this case yet, but we should be aware and careful, especially when you guys see a creepy clown along the street in the night.
