CSFF 2017: A Chance To Watch Many Short Films For Free
Cambodia’s largest short film festival, Chaktomuk Short Film Festival (CSFF) is making a comeback for this 2017!
Due to its tremendous success and recognition for the past several years, CSFF 2017 had been receiving a total of 3124 entries, submitting from 118 countries all over the world. This year, USA has the most number of submissions of up to 339 short films, whereas Cambodia’s submission is 49, the highest amount of submissions amongst Southeast Asian nations.

Due to its tremendous success and recognition for the past several years, CSFF 2017 had been receiving a total of 3124 entries, submitting from 118 countries all over the world. However, only 158 short films (28 Cambodian official selections, 20 Cambodian specials, and 110 international) have been selected to screen for CSFF 2017. There will be 11 screening locations in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, such as Chaktomuk Conference Hall, Major Cineplex, Legend Cinemas, Prime Cineplex, French Institute, Bophana Center, Meta House, Diamond Island, and Barayandeth Cinema in Siem Reap.
The screenings will be hosted for 4 days, from October 26th-29th, and as the tickets are free of charge, you need to come 30 minutes before each show to grab the tickets.
