Dog Walking Banned in Any Parks in Phnom Penh
Recently, Dog walking in the parks has now banned by Phnom Penh governor.
Dog-walking has been banned in many countries across the world, and the same goes for Cambodia too. Most Dog lovers in Phnom Penh take their dogs out for a walk in the parks every day. However, On the 21st of April, a sudden warning of Banning the Dog walking in any park has officially announced by Phnom Penh Governor.
According to local reports, the root causes, which led to the banning of Dog-waking are various. Importantly, Dog-Walking has affected the foreign tourists and citizens, who walking for a relief break and doing the exercise in the park”. In addition, Phnom Penh governor also claimed that “Parks are not a place, where dog can poop because parks are built with a huge amount of budget for foreign tourists as well as local citizens for relaxing and doing the exercises”

This is such a bad announcement for all Dog lover in Cambodia. Taking your dog out for waking and having fun with your dog is now not allowed. Your Dog will be arrested, if you don’t obey this warning.
