“First They Killed My Father” Won Movie of The Year 2017 by Legend Cinemas
On Friday, December 29th, 2017, Legend Cinema held its second movie of the year event.
Movie of the Year is the biggest event of Legend cinema. It is organized to support film industry in Cambodia and to celebrate the top movies of Legend cinema.
The event was held at Legend Cinema, Toul Kork Avenue, with many precious local and international participations including singers, actors, celebrities, and representatives from different companies and movie productions.

Movie of the Year 2017 included both local and international films which have been the highest gross box office at Legend cinema.

Legend Cinema revealed its Top movies, which have been topped its box office, and allowed people to vote for their favorites. During the event, “First they killed my father” was announced to be the winner of movie of the year 2017.
Top movies from Legend Cinema’s box office are Jaibreak, Fast & Furious 8, Choub Soy, Teok Ji Mday Samai Thmei, Bad Genius, First They Killed My Father (the winner), Annabelle: Creation, Lhoung Prah Sdech Korn, Slum Boys, and Thor: Ragnarok.
