Girls’ Generation Fans in Cambodia Donate to Kantha Bopha Hospital

PHNOM PENH– Girls’ Generation has something to be proud about. The group’s fan club based in Cambodia has organized a project called “Forever Sailing together“.

To show supports and Love for K-POP legendary girl group “Girls’ Generation”, Cambodian fans have mobilized together to help Children at Kantha Bopha Hospital.

“Forever Sailing together” is a project dedicated to helping underprivileged at Kantha Bopha Hospital. Fans in Cambodia came together to donate a total of USD 440 and soft drink to the hospital under Girls’ Generation and Jessica Jung ‘s name to benefice those in need.
The donation got from selling SNSD Merchandise, which were edited and sold by the help of every admin in every SNSD Cambodian Fan Page. The donation will be used to cover the cost of medical stuff, which can be a seed of hope for those children, according to the fan page.

The fan clubs’ warm gesture comes from the group’s devotion and dedication to helping those in need. In 2011, Girls’ Generation helped Nove Selaili, a Cambodian girl who was suffering from a heart disease, in terms of financial support and love. The group’s members visited on the eve of Selaili’s surgery comforted and prayed for the fast recovery of Nove Selaili.

 In respond to group’s heartwarming gesture, fans in Cambodia have organized this project to help more children in Cambodia.

Selaili, the little girl SNSD’s memebers vistited 6 years ago, also joined the project.
