Netizen Criticized One Branch of Famous Café in Town, After Mistreated by Staff

Phnom Penh- Recently, Amazon Café, one of the most famous café in town, it was criticized by one of its customer via social media.

According to a Facebook account “Zalli”, has posted a statement to complain about the Amazon’s staff for not being friendly and raise the voice on her. The meaning in the statement, “Excuse me for complaining about some staffs at Amazon Kampuchea Krom branch and I swear not to go there again. Due to what happened to me yesterday, I was waiting at the first floor because of the music and some noise, I missed my number. After a long wait, I decided to go down and ask the staff whether it is my turn yet. Suddenly, the staff shouted to me that, I was calling your number for so long, don’t you hear? I just wonder why the staff can’t talk nicely to me, since I was his customer. Not only me who used to complain about this even other customer said so.

She also added, “The staff at that branch seemed like they were talking shit about me when I was stepping into the café. It made me feel uncomfortable and it is not like I’m going there for asking a free drink. Last but not least, it would be much better if the owner pays more attention on how staff’s behavior, especially how they treat toward customers.”

Under the statement, many netizens left their comments and shared her by adding they used to face the same problems, somehow like didn’t get exactly what they wanted like putting wrong sugar level because of the careless and playful to the customer cause a lot of problems.
