New Airport Railway to Be Emerged by the Early of 2018

On 21st July 2017, Ministry of Transport and Public Works has announced that a new airport railway link is projected to be completed by April 2018. This new framework of transportation will transport passengers from the center of Phnom Penh to Phnom Penh International Airport in just about 15 minutes.
The construction is already in process for approximately six weeks. Moreover, there is a good news comes after, which there is no charge for the ride during the first month of operation, according to the Royal Railway.

“The project will be conducted during the night to avoid causing the traffic jams and would not disturb residents living on either side of the train tracks”, H.E Sun Chanthol, the minister of Ministry of Transport and Public Works, said.
