Phnom Penh- Recently, the travel agency controversial has become a new topic to discuss on social media. The controversial started between Srey Rath International Travel and Tour and its customers.

The issue started blooming after those customers shared their complaints on social network, especially on Facebook. Many customers of this travel agency were furious because they got cheated by Srey Rath International Travel and Tour, which is accused of exploiting its customers.

They claimed that the company lied and sold faking air tickets to them. One of those customers posted on Facebook, “We almost leave and check in into our flights, but surprisingly there is no seat for my mother since the itinerary was faked and we were scammed’’.

The video of the clients reached the company office to find solution went viral immediately after it was posted.

Many clients went there to find justice for them. Unfortunately, they didn’t receive anything but irresponsibility and ignorance from the company owner. Netizens were shocked by the ignorance behavior of this company owner, who was pretending like nothing happens with a very calm expression.

After the video went viral, netizens shared their comments especially experience they had with this company. Obviously, there are many people who got cheated and received a very bad service from this company since years ago.

Importantly, this issue will be solved in a lawful way because one of its customers has already declared on social media that she is going to put a lawsuit to find justice.
