Police Suspended Illegal Cinema Triggers Many Kinds of Improper Pictures
Phnom Penh- The national authority has inspected one of the cinemas in Phnom Penh which triggers inappropriate activities for couples. Home Cinema, a private cinema which is located in Chamkarmon Commune, Phnom Penh, gathers many teenagers watching movies and cause many kinds of improper pictures which negatively result in a shame society. This cinema also does not hold an official license to run the business.
Phnom Penh- The authority has inspected one non-licensed cinema in Phnom Penh, which triggers inappropriate activities, especially for young teenagers.
Home Cinema, a private cinema, located in Chamkarmon Commune, Phnom Penh, gathers many teenagers watching movies and cause many kinds of improper pictures, which negatively result in a shame society. This cinema also does not hold an official license to run the business.
The teenagers were halted promptly and the cinema was suspended after being discovered by the authority. However, those teenagers can be released once their parents insure them.
“There is an abnormality in this cinema because there is no seat available for people, but the bed for couple to sleep on instead,” said Mr. Heang Thareth, the Deputy Inspector of Chamkarmon Commune.
He also urged the relevant institution to be careful before issuing a business license to the owners.
