He added, “It does mean a lot to me and I hope this campaign is meaning something to other people as well. It gave me strength, to accept myself, and to love myself. It also pushes me to be a stronger person. That’s why I hope all people in LGBT community will feel the same as me, when they join or be a part of this campaign. They will feel that they always have someone support them”.
There are many special and exotic shows during the event such as dancing, singing, and various performances. Importantly, the speeches from Mr. Polin Ung (Community Mobilisation & Networking Advisor, UNAIDS) is also included.

Mr. Nix also sent message to other LGBT people that, “We must accept ourselves because if we won’t, then nobody else will. It’s not about pushing them to coming out, because I know exactly how it felt, it wasn’t easy at that time. Just take time to come out. Moreover, I do need them to believe in themselves that whatever job, which straight people could do, we are LGBT also could do the same”.
“Pride Opening Night” is one of the special events for LGBT people in Cambodia, and it gave chance, encourage those people to accept and show the real of themselves.
