Short Video Clip Shows Action of Passport Officer, Got too Much Criticism

Phnom Penh- There are too much criticism from Cambodian people, after a short video clip was posted on Facebook page, to show about a woman who is a passport officer sits and plays with her phones while there are too many people are waiting for her service in making passport.

According to a post on Facebook, The woman is an official responsible for making passports to Cambodia citizens, but she failed to carry out her duty during her work time and even too many people are standing to wait for her service.

Furthermore, many netizens have expressed their experience with this kind of bad services on Facebook, such as Facebook’s account Kim Jin Ho “it is true, and I saw it by my own eyes. So pity for those people who are standing to wait for the service. Even they have to pay full price, but it looks like they are beggars. Those officials are not active, they just work base on their feelings”. Another netizen, Be Ya, stated that “many of passport officers speak rudely to normal citizens, I really don’t know what they are thinking?”

The video has got many shares on Facebook page, and also there are too much criticism over that official’s action.
