The houses are divided into two groups to which the first group which consists of 2,025 of the units has a four by seven-meter ground floor with two floors that includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. As for the second group that consists of the remaining 272 units has a six by seven-meter floor plan with two floors that includes 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. Both groups of houses have a front yard of 1.5 meters and 2 meters for the backyard.

The initial investment of this project was approximately $60 million and is said to be completed by the end of 2018. The aim for this affordable housing project is to target low-income groups as the numbers for low-income groups are high in Cambodia and the supply of affordable homes are very scarce. H.E. Chea Sophara, Senior Minister at the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, has called for investors to invest in affordable housing projects to meet the demand of low to middle-income groups.
