Battambong- A group of thief has tried to snatch a bag successfully from a foreign woman at 7:20pm on 2nd August 2016, and made a victim got minor injured during the action, according to the local report.
The case took place at concrete path behind Phare Ponleu Selpak, which locates in Ocha village, Ocha district, Battambong city. The victim, Maya Sophia, is a foreign visitor and got minor injured during the action. Furthermore, a bit later the thief was arrested and brought to the Police Station.
In the end, police turned over the bag to the victim, and make a legislative procedure to solve with the thief.
