Ukrainian President Zelenskyy: ‘This is the price of freedom’

Volodymyr Zelenskyy has blamed Russia for focusing on Ukrainian youngsters in a video address to the European Parliament.

The Ukrainian President said many individuals have been killed in a rocket assault on the second-biggest city Kharkiv, adding “This is the price of freedom.”
